Join Us as an SVP Partner (Donor Volunteer)!
Have you attended SEED20 OnStage or heard about the benefits a nonprofit leader has experienced by participating in the SEED20 program? Do you want to help build a supportive environment for social entrepreneurs in our community? SVP Charlotte has an opportunity for you! Join us by becoming an SVP Charlotte Partner (donor volunteer).
Here’s How We Work
SVP Charlotte Partner households make a personally significant contribution for up to two people. While most Partners contribute financially, some Partners fulfill a portion of their annual contribution with volunteer hours. Their donations are pooled to fund the local nonprofits SVP Charlotte supports as well as our programming and operations. These contributions are stretched further by those who volunteer their time and skills to strengthen our Investees, SVP Charlotte, SEED20 participants and alumni as well as the social sector at large.
Volunteer roles are very flexible. Some of us simply use SVP Charlotte as a way to make a highly leveraged gift, others take advantage of our education sessions and peer learning opportunities, and some give our time for direct volunteer projects. With SVP Charlotte, you can enjoy a sense of community by building relationships with creative thinkers, change makers, and community-minded leaders.
